Data Storage

ContractorHub stores all data locally on your device using IndexedDB. No data is transmitted to any server. Your contractor information, payment records, and classification assessments never leave your device.

What We Store

• Contractor names, business names, and contact information
• TIN last 4 digits only (full SSN/EIN is never stored)
• W-9 collection status and dates
• Payment amounts, dates, and descriptions
• Worker classification assessment answers and scores
• Business settings (name, address, EIN)

Data Security

Only the last 4 digits of any TIN (SSN or EIN) are stored. Full tax identification numbers are never saved. All data remains in your browser's local storage.

No Tracking

ContractorHub does not use cookies, analytics, or any tracking technology. There are no third-party scripts that collect data.

Data Export & Deletion

You can export all your data as JSON or CSV at any time from the Settings screen. You can also delete all data from the Settings screen.
